Refund policy

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and with original tags attached.
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Due to limited inventory, refunds are not offered.
  • Approved returns receive store credit or an exchange for the purchase price.
  • Store credit does not expire (or expires after a specified period if allowed by your state's laws).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days, subject to availability.
  • Because inventory is limited, the same item or size may not be available.
  • Customers may exchange for another item or receive store credit.

Final Sale Items
The following are final sale:

  • Sale/clearance merchandise
  • Accessories, jewelry, hats, and hair accessories
  • Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Any damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Approved defective items may be exchanged, refunded, or credited at management's discretion.
