Refund policy
Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and with original tags attached.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Due to limited inventory, refunds are not offered.
- Approved returns receive store credit or an exchange for the purchase price.
- Store credit does not expire (or expires after a specified period if allowed by your state's laws).
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days, subject to availability.
- Because inventory is limited, the same item or size may not be available.
- Customers may exchange for another item or receive store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale:
- Sale/clearance merchandise
- Accessories, jewelry, hats, and hair accessories
- Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits (if applicable)
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
- Any damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
- Approved defective items may be exchanged, refunded, or credited at management's discretion.
